3) Play a role in ensuring that the interests of UTeM's P&I products and prototypes are continuously protected.

4) Coordinate and monitor the development and life extension of UTem's P&I product IP.

5) Coordinate UTeM's expertise consulting services for matters related to the protection of Intellectual Property

6) Coordinating in the management of monitoring and enforcement of Intellectual Property Policies and Guidelines for UTeM P&I products

13) Coordinating participation in expos and exhibitions organized by external organizations in the form of Showcase in order to increase the publicity and promotion of UTeM's P&I products.

14) Coordinating and proposing strategic planning to guide UTeM's innovation products that will compete in the innovation competition in order to achieve the target of success.

15) Play a coordinating role in identifying innovation products with the latest and most advanced technology through the organization of the UTeMEX Innovation Fair

16) Coordinate and monitor the updating of the database for the achievement of awards and innovation competition medals for the use and reference of University KPI achievements 17) Coordinate and guide and lead UTeM researchers towards the development and production of quality innovation products through the organization of Knowledge Enhancement Seminars (SPI), dialogue and personal coaching sessions

18) Coordinating joint venture activities and technology issues between products/researchers and industry during ekapo or competitions

20) Coordinate and identify UTeM Innovation products that are "Award Winner" to be forwarded to the Commercialization Unit for evaluation of commercial eligibility status

1) Coordinating activities and programs in providing awareness and added value to UTeM researchers related to the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship

2) Coordinate and identify and analyze UTeM innovation products that have the potential to be commercialized

7) Coordinate and oversee the Pre-Commercialization and Commercialization process of UTeM P&I products

8) Play a role in encouraging researchers to obtain Pre-Commercialization and Commercialization funds such as Techno Fund, InnoFund, U-Cip Catalyst, PRGS, MGS, MTDC-CRDF, CIP 500, IBD Matching Fund and others.

9) Coordinating the Spin-off company establishment process, related strengthening activities and monitoring matters

10) Cooperate with the Legal Advisory Office (PUU) for the preparation of agreement documents based on the agreed commercialization model

11) Coordinating joint venture activities with industry, companies and external agencies to offer commercialization and consultation cooperation.
